Help me to get to know you and your hair. by filling out this pre-visit consultation form. That way I can make sure I give us enough time to reach your hair goals. Once submitted you will be directed to book your appointment.

What To Expect

Booking the Appointment

It's very important to me to stay on time for my customers and to be able to give you a wonderful experience. I don't like to be rushed and I don't want you to feel like you are being rushed, 'I have developed a pre-visit consultation form that I would like you to fill out. It gives me the info I need to make sure that I can give you the best experience and the hairstyle you desire.

Once you have submitted the form you will be given a choice to book your appointment now or ask for more guidance. I will reach out and give you assistance if needed. Be on the lookout for a confirmation text with the date and time of your appointment after you book.

The Pre-Visit

Before you arrive at the salon and once you have made your appointment you will receive a series of emails that will give you some information of what to expect.  There will be links to my client-only app and, my client-only Facebook group. I  will be sending you a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment. You will also receive a text 24 hours before with a link to a check-in form that will ask you what you would like to drink what kind of snack, what essential oil you would like on your hot towel wrap, what kind of mood you would like (quite, work or read a book, fun talkative) and a place were you can drop a photo of your new look.

The Consultation

This is my favorite part of the appointment. Were we get to sit down and get to know each other? I get to learn some info about your life your hair care routine and what products you are using on your hair. We go over photos of what you like and don't like. So don't forget to take a screenshot of the styles you love.  Once we have a plan made just for you I will make your custom formula and get to work on making the magic happen.

After Goodbye

My favorite thing to tell my customers is that if you ever feel like something is not quite right about your new look never feel bad about reaching out. I am always here to help. My goal is for you to love your hair. I love to send out little notes to celebrate the good times with you as well as an email from time to time to give you hair care information depending on the season..
